Thai Beef Curry with Rice


Ingredients :

  • 450 gm beef fillet, fat removed
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp Thai green curry paste
  • 2 red peppers, cut into strips
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 2 tsp demerara sugar
  • chopped coriander


 Preparation : 
  • Cut the beef fillet into thin slices. Heat oil in a wok, and add the green curry paste and cook for 30 seconds
  • Add the beef slices and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. Add pepper and further stir-fry for a few more minutes
  • Add lemon juice, Thai fish sauce and sugar.
  • Continue cooking till beef is tender.
  • Serve with boiled rice, garnished with coriander

Serves 4
